CONTROL PROCEDURE
A.Measuring instruments are
periodically checked and records maintained.
B.Flatness of Lapping plates
are checked on Daily basis.
C.Testing Facilities: Laboratory
tests and ultrasonic tests of raw materials are done by
external agencies.
D.Colour codification is
maintained to establish proper identification of various
materials like Rubber and Metals
E. Various stages of inspection.
